Twin Falls, Idaho
This 70-seat location, and largest call center, anchors our B2B efforts. Our Twin Falls team is led by Jaime Garrett and also conducts surveys on healthcare, customer satisfaction and current events.
Our Houston call center, led by Karen Garza, moved into a new, 70-seat location in March 2020. We’re excited to expand in this area and take advantage of the diverse population in Houston. This center provides a greatly expanded Spanish-language capacity for healthcare, customer service, brand awareness and current event surveys.
The Cheyenne addition to the Ironwood Insights family, opened in late 2018. This 25-seat call center, led by Kaye Long, conducts surveys on healthcare, customer satisfaction, brand awareness and current events.
